The hotel rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, but lacked a bit of warmth in atmosphere. The service was exceptional, particularly with their convenient text feature for guests. The location is excellent, close to Pismo Beach, and the dining options were varied and well-organized. However, the cleanliness level was not consistent throughout the stay.
Staying at the Deluxe Family Suite was a delightful experience. The rooms are exceptionally clean and offer amazing comfort with exceptional views. The service was divine, although there was a minor issue about the cost due to our booking method.
